There are a host of books on every conceivable subject and even in the evangelical world we are overwhelmed with reading choices.  With so many books out there, we would be remiss not to take this opportunity to commend you such authors as Packer, Piper, Edwards, Lewis, Bunyan, Spurgeon and so many other worthwhile authors and books. The following books and authors are considered helpful by the staff of Poolesville Baptist Church. They range in difficulty and we do not confirm everything said in every book, but in general they will be beneficial in your intellectual, spiritual and practical growth.
